This is a new initiative consisting of a series of discussions on topics that are of interest to climbers.  These are being published to our growing YouTube channel and will be available to those who cannot attend in person. 

 

We have chatted to some young, climbers who have competed at the highest levels of international climbing, experts in sport nutrition, the issues around drugs in competitive climbing and have plans to discuss topics such as:

• The animals, birds, insects, reptiles etc that you may encounter while climbing.

• The geology of the crags around the Western Cape

• Locally manufactured climbing gear.
